Saturday night, Allen Iverson was immortalized by the Philadelphia 76ers when they retired his jersey number during a halftime ceremony.
Earlier in the day, Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Marlon Byrd honored the legendary guard in his own way…with a customized batting practice jersey.

In case you were wondering, this is Byrd's second stint with the Phillies having first played with the team from 2002 to 2005…right about the same time "The Answer" was putting up some of his best numbers across the parking lot of the South Philadelphia Sports Complex.
